We require a £40 deposit with your booking to hold the date for you.
Prior to the party, we just need you to confirm how many children are attending the party and if there is any food allergies.  Final payment is due on the day of your party

We also host Pottery Cabin and Bear Cabin birthday parties at The Willows, offering fun, creative celebrations that children will love. Our Pottery Cabin parties give little ones the chance to get hands-on and creative, painting their own pottery to take home as a special keepsake. Meanwhile, Bear Cabin parties let children create their very own cuddly bear, choosing, stuffing, and personalising it for a truly memorable experience.
