What is the Pottery Cabin?
A walk-in paint-your-own pottery studio where children and adults can decorate ceramics to keep or gift.

Do I need to book?
No booking needed, just turn up and pay on the day.  Please pay in the coffee shop.

How much does it cost?
Each item is individually priced depending on what you choose. Prices start at £9

What can I paint?
A wide selection including mugs, plates, money boxes, animals and seasonal items.

Do children need supervision?
Yes, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens after I’ve painted my pottery?
The team glaze and kiln-fire it, and you collect it later once it’s ready.  This is normally around two weeks.

How long do I have to collect my pottery?
Items should be collected within three months.

Is it suitable all year round?
Yes,  it’s indoors, so perfect whatever the weather.

Are there other facilities nearby?
Yes – the garden centre also has a café, soft play and other family attractions.
