Events Terms and Conditions

The Willows Garden Centre

We want everyone visiting The Willows Garden Centre to have an enjoyable experience. To help everything run smoothly, please read the following Terms and Conditions before making your booking.

By purchasing tickets for any of our events or activities, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Bookings and Tickets

All tickets must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date and time selected at the point of booking.
Please check your booking details carefully before completing your purchase.
Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain without prior permission.
Tickets are for the named event and do not include other attractions or acitivities unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable for changes of plans, illness, adverse weather, failure to attend or other personal circumstances, except where required by law.
We understand that circumstances can change. Where possible, we may offer an alternative date or time, subject to availability.
Requests to change bookings must be made before the original event date.
If The Willows cancels an event, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund in accordance with their statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. Arrival Times

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated session or event start time.
Our events operate to scheduled times, and late arrivals may not be admitted once a session has started.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an alternative session or refund if you arrive late or miss your booking.
Please allow sufficient time for travelling and parking, particularly during busy periods.

4. Children and Supervision

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult unless an event specifically states otherwise.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children's safety and behaviour throughout their visit.
All visitors must follow reasonable instructions given by our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admission where behaviour poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the enjoyment of others.

5. Events and Activities

Event activities, attractions and experiences may vary depending on operational requirements, weather conditions and availability.
Some activities may have age or other participation restrictions. These will be stated in the relevant event information.
Visitors should wear suitable clothing and footwear for their chosen activity.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to event arrangements where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require us to change, postpone or cancel an event.
These may include severe weather, technical difficulties, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where an event is cancelled or materially changed, we will contact affected customers where reasonably possible and explain the available options.
Any entitlement to a refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Photography and Filming

Visitors are welcome to take photographs for personal use unless otherwise advised.
Please respect the privacy of other visitors, particularly children.
Commercial photography or filming requires prior permission.
We may occasionally take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

8. Accessibility and Additional Requirements

We aim to make our events as welcoming and accessible as possible.

If you or someone in your party has additional requirements, please contact us before booking so we can discuss accessibility, facilities and any assistance that may be available.

9. Personal Belongings and Safety

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings while attending our events.
The Willows Garden Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except where legally liable.
Visitors must comply with all displayed safety notices and reasonable staff instructions.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse admission where reasonably necessary for safety, security or the wellbeing of visitors and staff.
Event information, availability and prices may change before a booking is completed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
