This Christmas, step into the magic of the season with The Willows Interactive Santa Experience. Following the huge success of last year’s journey to Gingerbreadland, families are invited to climb aboard the Willows Express once again for an unforgettable voyage to the enchanting Elf Kingdom. From the moment you arrive, the adventure begins, transporting children and grown-ups alike into a world of festive wonder.
Your magical journey will take you through the enchanted pine forest, where twinkling lights and frosted trees create the perfect festive atmosphere. Discover the Snow Globe Factory, where children will be encouraged to keep the factory running in an engaging interactive game. Step inside a real Elf House, where Santa’s helpers will help the children make a fantastic Christmas decoration to take home.
Of course, no trip to the Elf Kingdom would be complete without meeting the big man himself. This year, Santa will be waiting in his brand-new Willows Grotto, ready to share festive cheer and hear all about your Christmas wishes. With interactive settings, magical storytelling, and festive surprises around every corner, the Willows Santa Experience promises to be the highlight of the season for families across Monmouthshire and beyond
To top off the experience, each child will be invited to select a toy from Santa's exclusive toy shop at the end of the visit, making for a perfect ending to their Elf Kingdom journey.

You will need a child ticket for all children that will be taking part in any segment of the activitiy including visiting Santa. Babies accompanying paying children are free but there will be no gift or any decorations etc for the non paying child. All adults will need to buy a ticket for the Sanra Experience.

The entrance fee is for this attraction only and does not give access to Soft Play or Snow Play (Snow Play will be included FREE on the weekend of 22/23 November when you book Santa).
