Hop aboard the Willows Express and get ready for a magical Christmas journey. Settle in, enjoy the festive atmosphere and let the excitement build as the train takes you on a magical adventure to The Winter Wonderland.
At Winter Wonderland, there is Christmas magic around every corner, you never know who you might meet or what festive surprises await along the way.
Of course, no trip to the Winter Wonderland, would be complete without meeting the big man himself. This year, Santa will be waiting in his, ready to share festive cheer and hear all about your Christmas wishes.
With interactive settings, magical storytelling, and festive surprises around every corner, the Willows Santa Experience promises to be the highlight of the season for families across Monmouthshire and beyond
To top off the experience, each child will be invited to select a toy from Santa's exclusive toy shop at the end of the visit, making for a perfect ending to their WInter Wonderland journey.

Price: Child £16 and £5 per Adult
(Booking fee: £1.50)
The event lasts 45mins - 60mins
You will need a child ticket for all children that will be taking part in any segment of the activity including visiting Santa. Babies accompanying paying children are free but there will be no gift or any decorations etc for the non paying child. All adults will need to buy a ticket for the Santa Experience.

The entrance fee is for this attraction only and does not give access to Soft Play or Snow Play.
The Train journey is simulated. Tickets are non refundable.
